Ingredients
1 pkg of cinnamon graham crackers (crushed)
3 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon melted butter
3 eggs
20 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 & 1 cup of maple syrup
1 cup whipping cream
Prepare
Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter and sugar and add melted butter. Press into a 9″ springform pan. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add 3 eggs one at a time. Blend in 1 cup of maple syrup, then add heavy cream. Mix baking soda and flour together, add to the batter and mix well. Pour into the crust and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until set, then shut off the over and leave in for another 60 minutes. Take out and cool completely. Mix whipping cream with 1/4 cup of maple syrup for the topping.
