Swedish Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 apples
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Peel, core, and slice the apples, place in pie dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Mix maple syrup, butter, egg, and flour together and pour on top of the apples. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, or whipped cream, or both! Enjoy!!

Blueberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 tablespoons soften butter
  • 1/2 cup robust maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries

Directions

Mix with mixer; butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and egg. Sift together; flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix in half of the flour mixture. Add greek yogurt. Then mix in the other half of your flour mixture. Mix but don’t over mix. Pour into a greased 8 inch round pan. Sprinkle blueberries on top. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes. Drizzle some maple syrup on your slice and enjoy!!

Maple Walnut Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup robust maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons floor
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup walnuts (chopped)

Directions

Combine flour and 1/3 cup of sugar. Cut in butter. Press the mixture into a greased 8×8 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, to make a crust. Combine the rest of the ingredients, except the walnuts in a bowl and mix well. Fold in walnuts. Pour filling over the prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until firm. Let it cool, cut into squares, and Enjoy!

Maple Bundt Cake with Maple Glaze

Cake Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup robust maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Glaze Ingredients

  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup robust maple syrup
  • pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For the cake; beat butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add maple syrup, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well. Then stir in the flour, baking powder and salt. Pour into a greased Bundt pan, bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cake cool a bit, before taking it out of the pan. For the glaze; mix all ingredients together until smooth. Once the cake is completely cooled, drizzle the glaze all over! Enjoy

Banana, Zucchini & Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1 cup grated zucchini (after measuring squeeze out the excess water)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup robust maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • raw sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine mashed bananas, zucchini, coconut oil, eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, and milk. Add flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon. Mix it all together. Fold in your nuts and blueberries or chocolate chips would be good too! Scoop into a greased muffin pan and sprinkle each muffin with raw sugar. Ingredients

  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 3 tablespoon robust maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter
  • splash of vanilla
  • sprinkle of salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together until creamy or desired consistency. This glaze is perfected on cinnamon rolls, scones, doughnuts, cakes, muffins and even on cookies.

Maple Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cinnamon graham crackers
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter
  • 20 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup robust maple syrup
  • 2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

Mix cracker crumbs with sugar and butter. Press into a 9″ springform pan. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Blend in 1 cup of maple syrup and 1 cup of heavy cream. Mix in well, flour and baking soda. Pour batter into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until it sets. Shut oven off and leave in for 1 hour. Take out and cool completely. For the whip topping, whip 1 cup of whipping cream and 1/4 cup of robust maple syrup. Enjoy!

Overnight Maple French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla

Topping

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick of cold butter

Directions

In a greased 9×13 baking pan; cut bread into bit size cubes. In a bowl whisk together eggs, milk, cream, maple syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour evenly over the bread. Cover the pan tightly overnight. For the topping; mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter and mix it all together until it resembles fine pebbles. Store in the fridge. When you are ready to bake, preheat over to 350 degrees. Remove the casserole from the fridge and sprinkle the topping evenly on top on the casserole. Bake for 1 hour. When serving, drizzle the top with warm maple syrup!

Maple Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 9 in unbaked pie crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl combined all ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 425. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

Maple Apple Muffin

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups chopped and peeled apples
  • walnuts

Glaze

  • 1/3 cup confectioner sugar
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions

In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. in a small bowl, mix milk, butter, maple syrup, and egg; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in apples. Fill greased muffin cups and top each on with walnuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Cool completely. For glaze, mix confectioner sugar and maple syrup; drizzle over muffins.
